first of all, where are all the witches? there are only men with magical powers? really? that seems unlikely. while it wasn't bad, i'm not exactly enraptured. since the series was recommended by a friend, i'll keep reading. i'm curious to learn more about the rules of this world and about the mystical creatures. it's funny, which makes the cheesy bits excusable.
